No 1 Clifton Apartments is a luxury ground floor apartment equipped to a very high standard, and is very light and airy. The south facing apartment has its own level access entrance via patio and garden.

There is allocated parking for one car, plus casual roadside parking.

 The apartment is situated in a quiet residential road approx 2 minutes from the beach & is within 1/2 mile of the town centre with its many facilities.

Tennis courts, bowling green & mini golf course are very near to the holiday accommodation in Swanage.

THE APARTMENT COMPRISES OF ;

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE/ KITCHEN/ DINER ;  TV, DVD player, electric fan oven , microwave, ceramic hob, kettle , toaster, granite worktops, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ample crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. The apartment also has a floor safe, please note guests leaving valuables do so entirely at their own risk.             

THE MASTER BEDROOM ;Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, TV and en-suite shower room & toilet

BEDROOM 2 ; Sofa bed for two and bunk bed for two, wardrobe and chest of drawers

OUTSIDE AREA ; covered terrace with patio furniture & garden. There is a  rotary line for drying clothes .

Second Bedroom

·  Prices include all charges for gas & electricity.

· Bed linen is included.

· The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people(4+2),  young child counting as one person unless in a cot. Cots are available free of charge. Please specify the number of people staying & whether a cot etc is required when booking the apartment.

 · The apartment is available from 2.30 pm & must be vacated by 10.30 am on the Saturday  of departure.

· Entry to the flat is by Keysafe. The combination will be sent to you with deposit conformation.

· We regret smoking & pets are not allowed.

· It is advisable to take out holiday insurance cover in case of illness.

Patio & Garden

We do hope you will book with us & would remind you that in order to reserve the apartment a total of half the rental is required as a deposit. The balance being payable two weeks prior to arrival.
